If you are in any way dissatisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 20 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund of the price of the Goods (not including the postage).

Remember to ask for proof of postage, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you'll have proof you've sent it.

It can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to us in Powell Ohio, depending on your location and which postal service you use.

Just one more thing, all returned items should be sent in their original condition including hygiene stickers and tags.
